Job title: V.R.P Exclusif Role Summary: Dynamic B2B traveling sales professional responsible for acquiring and servicing a portfolio of construction‑industry clients in the Metal Gros Œuvre division (electricians, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, tiling). Drives revenue growth through targeted prospecting, product knowledge, and relationship management within a 50‑km radius of Clermont l’Hérault, France. Expectations: Deliver strong sales results against set targets, continuously expand market share, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a client base of local construction professionals, identifying new prospects and nurturing existing accounts. * Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and consultative sales interactions to match client needs with BERNER product portfolio. * Utilize company CRM and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast pipeline. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while adhering to pricing policies. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments. * Attend training sessions and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product innovations and regulatory requirements. Required Skills: * Proven sales experience in B2B, preferably within construction or industrial sectors. * Strong communication and negotiation skills in both French and English. * Self‑motivated, autonomous, and resilient with a proactive mindset. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling. * Familiarity with sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Customer‑oriented approach, with emphasis on building long‑term relationships.
