Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Execute the luxury hotel’s content strategy by writing, designing, editing, and distributing engaging marketing materials. Support campaign development, manage F&B social media accounts, produce monthly performance reports, and handle administrative tasks to enable seamless marketing operations. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality copy and creative assets with meticulous attention to detail. - Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong organization in a fast‑paced environment. - Exhibit a polished, professional appearance and maintain a positive, resilient attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and proofread copy for internal and external communications. - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. - Design visual content for print and digital media using basic graphic design tools. - Curate, schedule, and manage F&B social media channels; analyze engagement metrics. - Compile monthly content and performance reports for stakeholders. - Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional teams. - Support event and partnership promotion efforts. Required Skills: - Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities. - Basic graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). - Social media platform management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). - Data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, social media insights). - Project and time‑management skills; capacity to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and adaptability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. - Preferred certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Adobe Creative Cloud. - Experience in luxury or hospitality marketing is advantageous.
