**Job Title:** Head of Artificial Intelligence
**Role Summary:**
Lead the enterprise AI vision, strategy, and execution, embedding generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and decision‑support across the organization to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
**Expactations:**
- Own the AI strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and translate high‑value use cases.
- Build and scale a high‑performing AI/data‑science capability (internal teams and external partners).
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI deployment with clear ROI.
- Act as senior advisor to executive leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own enterprise AI strategy.
- Identify cross‑department AI use cases and champion adoption.
- Lead end‑to‑end AI solution lifecycle (discovery to continuous improvement).
- Oversee scalable, secure, explainable AI product integration.
- Promote intelligent automation, AI copilots, and decision‑support tools.
- Develop success metrics and guarantee measurable business impact.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, bias, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage operational leaders to ensure real‑world problem solving and adoption.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business language for non‑technical audiences.
- Represent the organization externally with vendors, partners, and industry forums.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of modern AI ecosystems: generative AI, agentic systems, AI copilots, automation, orchestration.
- Proven senior leadership experience in AI, data science, advanced analytics, or intelligent automation.
- Demonstrated track record of complex transformation programs delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical grounding (ML, AI, automation, modern data platforms) to guide architectural decisions.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, or customer‑centric environments.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
