Identifies qualified candidates and collaborates with hiring teams to meet ongoing and high-priority needs. Expectations: Address ongoing and urgent hiring requirements. Maintain compliance with U.S. hiring standards and ensure a professional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases. - Conduct outbound outreach to engage active/passive candidates. - Perform initial candidate screening (qualifications, licenses, credentials). - Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and high-volume roles. - Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management. - Maintain accurate and legally compliant candidate records.
