Job Description

**Job Title:** Occupational Health Nurse **Role Summary:** Support workplace health initiatives under medical supervision. **Expectations:** Plan and coordinate health assessments, prioritize organizational and analytical rigor, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to evolving tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct employee health assessments, renewals, and intermediate visits for ongoing health monitoring. - Lead workplace health prevention programs, including education on occupational safety. - Organize and deliver collective health information sessions. - Contribute to data collection for epidemiological studies and health surveys. - Prepare company health profiles and job studies. - Facilitate employee reintegration and retention strategies post-injury/illness. - Maintain independence in evaluating health risks while collaborating with medical teams. - Utilize administrative and digital tools to document findings and report to medical staff. - Travel regularly to client organizations. **Required Skills:** - Health risk assessment, workplace safety protocols, data documentation, program coordination, health education delivery, and interdepartmental collaboration. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, adaptability to industry-specific tools, initiative in problem-solving, and effective communication with employees. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Nursing degree (Diplôme d'État de Infirmier/Infirmière or equivalent) with occupational health specialization. - Proficiency in office software and digital health systems; willingness to undertake additional certifications in workplace health methodologies may be required.
