Expactations: 10‑15 hours per week, remote with optional extension to full‑time paid equity positions. Key Responsibilities: - Brainstorm and produce creative content concepts aligned with the brand vision. - Build and manage weekly content calendars and campaign rollouts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Design and implement organic growth tactics and engagement strategies. - Monitor cultural trends, identify opportunities for relevance, and adjust campaigns accordingly. - Plan content for guerrilla marketing activations and campus events. - Analyze performance metrics, report insights, and refine strategy to improve ROI. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of Gen Z social media behavior and content preferences. - Proven experience managing or creating high‑quality content for brand social accounts. - Strong creative instincts for shareable visual and textual storytelling. - Competency in Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices and analytics tools. - Strategic thinking about brand building beyond individual posts. - Self‑starter ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
