Job Description: Job Title: Front‑End Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain voice‑first, AI‑powered user interfaces across web, mobile, TV, and real‑world devices for an operating system in care. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready, high‑performance front‑ends with a focus on UX, accessibility, and reliability; collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams; contribute to shared design systems and internal tooling. Key Responsibilities - Design and build responsive, accessible interfaces using React, React Native, TypeScript, and Flutter. - Create voice‑first user experiences with real‑time audio, visualizations, and WebSocket‑based streaming. - Manage complex asynchronous state, implement real‑time communication (WebSockets, AMQP). - Optimize performance for smooth animations (≥60 fps) on constrained devices. - Develop and maintain a shared design system and component library. - Build internal dashboards and business‑metrics tools. - Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests as part of the development workflow. - Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment processes (GitLab CI/CD, Scaleway). Required Skills - 2–5 years professional experience in front‑end development. - Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript. - Experience with Flutter (bonus). - Familiarity with back‑end tech (Python, Rust) and WebSocket messaging. - Knowledge of AI frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace) and voice‑AI concepts (bonus). - UI/UX design sensibility, accessibility best practices. - Test‑driven development and CI/CD workflow experience. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., React, TypeScript, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
