Own full client lifecycle from relationship building to mandate execution, handling both permanent and contract placements while managing billing and financial targets. **Expectations** - 2–5 years of 360 recruitment experience. - Proven track record of billing and client ownership. - Ability to work autonomously with high accountability. - Commercial mindset, credible, and ambitious. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with founders, leadership teams, and investors in the life sciences sector. - Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing both permanent and contract placements. - Deliver on revenue targets, including commission structures and billing. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction. **Required Skills** - End‑to‑end 360 recruitment expertise. - Strong client acquisition and relationship management. - Negotiation and deal‑closing ability. - Commercial acumen and strategic thinking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). - Life‑sciences education or experience preferred.
