**Job title:** Business Development Representative **Role Summary:** Drive new customer acquisition by prospecting, engaging, and setting meetings with potential clients. Work collaboratively with the Business Development and Sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns and independently manage your own pipeline. **Expectations:** - Consistently identify and qualify new business opportunities. - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales outreach and meeting‑setup targets. - Deliver accurate, timely reports of outreach activity and sales metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and prioritize prospects within target industries. - Initiate cold outreach via phone and email to generate interest. - Schedule discovery calls/meetings between prospects and Account Executives. - Maintain and update CRM with prospect interactions and status. - Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams on campaign execution. - Provide regular updates on lead progression and forecasted results. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong interpersonal and people‑skills; ability to think on your feet. - Self‑motivated with high ownership and proactive attitude. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. - Resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or outreach goals. - Prior business development or sales experience is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree or certification required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
