Job Description
Job title: Real Assets – Asset Management Analyst Intern Role Summary Support the European Real Assets Asset Management team in managing a €16.5 bn portfolio across offices, retail, logistics, residential and hotels. Provide analytics and execution support for value‑creation initiatives, asset performance monitoring, and transaction preparation within a dynamic, multinational environment. Expectations • Deliver accurate data collection, analysis and reporting to drive asset‑level decision making • Apply financial modeling expertise (DCF, sensitivity analysis) to inform strategy and budget planning • Coordinate cross‑functional activities for appraisal, marketing, tenant relations and development programs • Contribute to investor reporting and ad‑hoc analysis, enhancing communication with stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1. Gather, verify and analyse technical, legal, tax and commercial asset data. 2. Build and maintain DCF models and other valuation tools. 3. Assist in budget preparation and ongoing monitoring in partnership with asset managers/operators. 4. Organise real‑estate appraisal campaigns and support marketing/rental strategies. 5. Track key performance indicators, support investor reporting and maintain dashboard updates. 6. Manage tenant relations, dispute resolution and support asset‑level service agreements. 7. Monitor renovation/development programmes, coordinating with internal and external parties. 8. Prepare disposals support materials (data rooms, valuations, tenders). 9. Provide analytical and presentation support for ad‑hoc topics and cross‑functional projects. Required Skills • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex data to stakeholders. • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a team‑based, matrixed setting. • Creative problem‑solving with a results‑driven mindset. • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. Required Education & Certifications • Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Management, Engineering, Real‑Estate or equivalent. • Prior real‑estate or asset‑management internship preferred, but not mandatory.
