**Job Title** Freelance Expert Cold‑Call SDR / BDR (Remote) **Role Summary** Independent, performance‑driven sales development professional responsible for the full outbound prospecting cycle in a B2B design‑as‑a‑service environment. Generates highly qualified leads, conducts initial discovery, and books demos for the founder‑closer. No closing responsibilities. **Expectations** - Achieve a high volume of booked, qualified demos (target ≥ 20 demo/month). - Maintain strict adherence to target ICP (CEO, CMO, Marketing decision‑makers). - Deliver consistent pipeline growth to meet or exceed commission thresholds (potential €80‑150k annual earnings). - Operate autonomously with remote, flexible hours while following the company’s structured sales process. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute structured outbound campaigns using cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Identify and qualify prospect needs (budget, timeline, design volume, business challenges). - Conduct concise discovery calls to assess fit and interest. - Book and confirm qualified demo appointments with the founder, ensuring decision‑maker attendance and ICP compliance. - Record activity, pipeline status, and outcomes in CRM daily. - Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on feedback and performance metrics. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B outbound prospecting experience (minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role). - Strong consultative selling mindset; ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business pain points. - Excellent verbal communication skills (phone and video) in English; additional language proficiency a plus. - High level of discipline, organization, and self‑motivation; comfortable working independently. - Proficiency with CRM tools, outreach platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead‑generation targets. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required; sales training or certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, MEDDIC) are advantageous.
