**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager, Growth
**Role Summary:**
Leads the product strategy and execution of the patient growth engine, driving acquisition, activation, and early outcomes through data‑driven experimentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivery of scalable growth features.
**Expectations:**
- Own and prioritize a growth‑focused product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver measurable improvements in key growth metrics (e.g., activation, conversion, retention).
- Execute end‑to‑end A/B testing and CRO initiatives, making data‑based decisions.
- Communicate clearly with engineering, marketing, and provider partners; manage stakeholders across regions.
- Maintain fluency in English and French; apply health‑tech domain knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate business goals into product priorities and detailed technical requirements.
- Design and optimize acquisition touchpoints and in‑product growth loops.
- Build and maintain experimentation infrastructure (event tracking, automation, attribution).
- Partner with Engineering to ship growth features, tools, and supporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Provider Partnerships to boost enrollment and adoption.
- Track performance dashboards, derive insights, and iterate product decisions.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years product management experience with a focus on growth, activation, or onboarding (startup/scale‑up environment).
- Proven record of improving activation, conversion, or retention metrics via product initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AARRR funnels, analytics, event tracking, experimentation, marketing automation, SEO, and attribution.
- Strong analytical ability; proficient with SQL or equivalent data‑query tools and comfortable interpreting experiment results.
- UX sensitivity—ability to enhance user journeys, reduce friction, and build trust, especially in healthcare contexts.
- Excellent problem‑solving, bias‑to‑action, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience in health‑tech or digital health is required.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No specific certifications mandated; advanced degree or certifications in product management, data analytics, or health‑technology are a plus.
