**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Senior commercial partner responsible for the growth and retention of U.S. accounts in the healthcare technology sector, driving renewals, expansions, and executive-level engagement while collaborating closely with implementation, customer success, sales, and product teams. **Expactations:** • Achieve annual renewal target and 20–30% expansion revenue growth per portfolio. • Maintain renewal win rate ≥ 90% and overall account retention ≥ 95%. • Deliver strategic value plans that align product capabilities with customer priorities in safety, quality, workforce efficiency, and financial performance. • Develop and execute account strategies that scale across multiple accounts with repeatable playbooks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the senior commercial liaison for U.S. customers, partnering with Customer Success Managers to integrate commercial strategy. - Build and sustain trust with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, positioning the product as a long‑term strategic partner. - Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers during go‑live and early adoption, ensuring senior‑level relationship continuity. - Own renewal, upsell, and expansion discussions, leveraging usage, outcomes, and satisfaction data to identify growth opportunities. - Partner with Sales to navigate complex procurement, contracting, and pricing negotiations. - Provide structured customer insights to Product for roadmap and positioning. - Contribute to the creation of account management playbooks, templates, and best practices for scaling the U.S. business. **Required Skills:** - 5–8 years enterprise account management or comparable commercial role. - Proven ability to lead renewals and secure expansion in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology. - Executive‑level stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills. - Strong analytical mindset to translate usage metrics into expansion opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to collaborate across multiple functions (Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, Product). - Comfortable operating in regulated, compliance‑driven environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Preferred: additional certifications in sales, project management, or healthcare compliance.
