Job title: Senior Recruiter Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end recruiting for GTM and business roles at a high‑growth, remote startup. Partner with leadership to shape talent strategy, maintain quality pipelines, and source high‑caliber candidates through market‑focused sourcing and strategic recommendations. Expectations: • Deliver full‑cycle recruitment with a focus on hiring the right candidates for a fast‑moving, low‑meeting culture. • Maintain healthy candidate pipelines and funnel metrics while scaling demand efficiently. • Exhibit deep tech industry knowledge and the ability to assess candidate fit beyond qualifications. • Work closely with leaders to refine role requirements and calibrate ideal candidate profiles. Key Responsibilities: • Own full‑cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles. • Source and engage high‑quality talent using talent‑landscape insights and AI/tech tools. • Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. • Partner with leaders to refine role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles. • Provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy. • Track funnel dynamics, generate regular metrics, and adjust sourcing tactics accordingly. Required Skills: • 3+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth‑stage startups. • Deep tech industry knowledge, especially in early‑stage environments. • Strong written communication skills for high‑documentation culture. • Proven ability to identify key success factors in candidates beyond paper qualifications. • Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and comfort with AI tools/ emerging technologies. • Ability to maintain quality while operating quickly in demanding environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). • Certifications such as SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent (preferred).
