Job Description
**Job title:** Product Manager & Ops (Stage) **Role Summary:** Hybrid product management role overseeing creation of intuitive digital solutions for senior users while driving internal process automation through AI and no-code tools. Works closely with sales and engineering teams to translate customer insights into accessible product features and efficient workflows. **Expectations:** - Deliver user‑centric products that meet the needs of a non‑digital‑native senior audience. - Automate recurring administrative and CRM tasks to support rapid growth. - Actively test prototypes and drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct discovery, user research, and collaborate with sales to capture pain points. - Design accessible interfaces in Figma, prioritizing readability and simplicity. - Write clear user stories and manage backlog prioritization in Agile ceremonies. - Coordinate QA and release testing to ensure 100 % product reliability. - Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Lovable, and similar no‑code platforms. - Optimize HubSpot CRM and other admin tools, reducing manual effort. - Produce product documentation and train sales on new features and simulations. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Figma and at least one project‑management tool (Jira, Linear, Notion). - Strong AI & automation mindset—experience with generative AI, n8n, Lovable, Make, or equivalent. - Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum/Kanban). - Excellent communication to bridge sales and engineering perspectives. - Analytical thinker with a proactive, hands‑on approach (“DOER”). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current study in business school, engineering program, or Master’s (Bac+4/5). - Validating experience or coursework in product management, UX design, or related disciplines preferred.
