Marketing Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, supporting product launches, content creation, consumer engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive brand visibility and performance.

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, schedule, and track marketing projects, including new‑product launches, packaging, media‑social campaigns, photo shoots, and content calendars.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate product launch activities: product sheets, pricing updates, marketing collateral, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and external partners (agencies, influencers, retailers).
- Implement consumer engagement initiatives: contests, influencer campaigns, trade shows, in‑store demos.
- Support newsletter programs (briefs, messaging, approvals, deployment).
- Create and manage social‑media content: calendars, visuals, captions.
- Gather, organize, and analyze campaign performance data; prepare dashboards and optimization recommendations.
- Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain marketing asset archives.
**Required Skills:**
- Bilingual French/English communication (written and spoken).
