Job Description: **Job Title:** Multi‑Store Customer Solutions Representative **Role Summary:** Engage customers in retail home‑improvement stores across Northern Virginia to promote HVAC upgrades, air quality products, and energy‑efficiency solutions. Schedule complimentary in‑home consultations or sell basic HVAC tune‑ups, driving sales momentum for ARS‑Rescue Rooter’s Comfort Advisor team. **Expectations:** - Full‑time, flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. - Float between multiple store locations (Woodstock, Front Royal, Martinsburg, Winchester). - Maintain a professional, approachable presence and meet weekly in‑office meetings. - Achieve sales targets and schedule a minimum number of consultations per shift. **Key Responsibilities:** - Initiate conversations with retail shoppers, identifying HVAC needs. - Explain product benefits and guide customers to in‑home consultations or tune‑up services. - Use sales scripts, product knowledge, and persuasive skills to close simple HVAC tune‑up sales. - Track and update customer interactions in the CRM system. - Attend weekly strategy meetings, training, and team briefings. - Ensure store displays and products are presentable and stocked. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic sales proficiency; sales experience is a plus. - Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours. - Reliable transportation and commitment to assigned store rotations. - Clean, professional appearance. - Ability to pass a background check. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of 18 years of age. - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - No prior HVAC or technical certifications required; on‑the‑job training provided.
