Créée en 1958 à l’initiative de la Ligue nationale contre le cancer, la Fondation Santé Service est le premier acteur français de l’hospitalisation à domicile (HAD). Fort d’une expertise de plus de 60 ans, Santé Service soigne des patients de tous âges atteints de pathologies aigües ou chroniques principalement en oncologie, soins palliatifs, plaies complexes, rééducation, périnatalité et gériatrie. **Job Title** Project Portfolio Manager – PMO (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the establishment and operation of a Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT department, centralizing and professionalizing the management of the organization’s information‑system projects.
