**Job Title:** Account Coordinator (Client Business Team) **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive support to the client business team by managing day‑to‑day marketing and advertising projects. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and timely project updates. - Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Follow agency processes, quality controls, and deadlines. - Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set up, update, and maintain projects in the agency’s project management system. - Attend client and internal briefings; prepare agendas and distribute meeting notes. - Facilitate project hand‑offs between creative, production, media, finance, and studio teams. - Under supervision, prepare estimates, track budgets, and support invoicing. - Manage cross‑platform campaigns (branding, integrated, web, mobile, social). - Gather and analyze performance metrics to support client objectives. - Respond promptly to internal and client requests. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. - Continuously learn about digital tools and integrated communication strategies. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. - Basic project management and budgeting knowledge. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com). - Comfortable collaborating across multiple functional teams. - Curiosity and willingness to ask clarifying questions. - Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred). - Experience in a creative agency or client‑side marketing department is an asset. ---
