About the Company

ABTEY est une chocolaterie française et familiale née en 1946. Elle se situe en Alsace, à la périphérie de Mulhouse dans le Haut-Rhin, dans une petite ville du nom de Heimsbrunn (68990).Toute sa production de chocolat est effectuée directement sur ce site de fabrication. Un magasin de vente de chocolat adjacent à l'usine y est présent où vous pourrez retrouver toutes nos spécialités gourmandes : gamme spécial Alsace, chocolats pralinés, moulages et formes en chocolat, créations artisanales de notre Maître Chocolatier, produits de pâtisseries, tablettes, sans oublier nos chocolats liqueur sans cristallisation de sucre qui ont fait notre renommée depuis 1961. Responsable Informatique et Systèmes d'Information (H/F)

Job Description

Job title: IT Manager & Information Systems Role Summary: Oversee all IT services and information systems, leading the implementation of a new ERP, managing existing software tools (GED, ERP, PLM), and ensuring the stability and security of IT infrastructure. Coordinate with the CEO, an alternant, and external partners to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Expectations: Deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement in IT services. Ensure timely rollout of ERP and AI initiatives, maintain cybersecurity standards, optimize costs, and support business users while driving digital transformation and protecting data assets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the deployment of the new ERP system. - Administer and maintain software tools (GED, ERP, PLM). - Supervise the overall IT service, optimizing internal tools and processes. - Provide user support and training to maximize adoption. - Monitor and improve cybersecurity posture; identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations. - Oversee IT infrastructure in coordination with external service provider. - Manage the IT asset base, monitoring equipment, forecasting needs, and ensuring uptime and security. - Track vendor contracts, licenses, and plan IT investments. - Pilot AI integration within the organization. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems. - Proficiency with ERP platforms. - Ability to administer, develop, and optimize internal applications. - Autonomous, versatile, hands‑on mindset, and proactive in proposing solutions. - Experience in IT infrastructure management and vendor relations. - Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and AI technologies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent. - Experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
