Job Description: **Job Title** AI Engineer – Computer Vision & MLOps **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy industrial AI solutions, focusing on computer vision and machine/deep learning. Lead the full MLOps lifecycle—from data acquisition to production monitoring—while collaborating cross‑functionally with IT and domain experts. Evaluate and adapt cutting‑edge research to solve real‑world vision challenges. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years of production experience in machine/deep learning projects. - Strong understanding of the MLOps pipeline and ability to implement it end‑to‑end. - Proactive in exploring scientific literature for optimal algorithms. - Fluent in English for professional communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, train, and deploy computer‑vision models (classification, detection, segmentation, anomaly detection). - Implement end‑to‑end MLOps workflows: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, engineering) to define technical requirements and solution architecture. - Industrialize vision systems and perform optical system sizing and parameterization. - Continuously evaluate and select state‑of‑the‑art algorithms and frameworks from research literature. - Contribute to dashboards and reporting (e.g., PowerBI) for model performance and insights. **Required Skills** - Programming: Python (data science stack), PyTorch (including Torchvision, PyTorch Lightning), OpenCV, PIL. - MLOps: Azure Machine Learning, model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring. - Computer Vision: supervised and unsupervised anomaly detection, image processing. - Optional: C#, .NET, Blazor, Anomalib, PowerBI. - Knowledge of Linux systems; IoT‑Edge experience a plus. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (M2) or equivalent engineering school diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus.
