Job Description
**Job Title** Health Solutions Sales Engineer **Role Summary** Lead commercial development for digital health‑workplace solutions. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new B2B clients, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets. - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers. - Operate independently while collaborating cross‑functionally with product, support, and project teams. - Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide structured reporting to senior management. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities (upsell/cross‑sell) within an existing client base. - Identify and pursue new business prospects (corporate, public sector, health‑workplace stakeholders). - Deliver value‑add product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams. - Negotiate commercial and contractual terms; finalize agreements. - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle: qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing. - Provide post‑sale support and act as a client advocate for service delivery. - Conduct market and competitive intelligence; advise on product enhancements. - Travel up to twice weekly across France for client visits and industry events. **Required Skills** - Strong communication, listening, and negotiation abilities. - Consultative, value‑based selling approach. - Proficiency with CRM systems and B2B sales methodologies. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. - Resilience, organization, and reliability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) or higher in business, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 10–15 years of successful B2B software or IT solution sales experience, preferably in complex industry environments; experience in health or industrial software is a plus.
