Job Description
**Job Title** Resilience Expertise Lead **Role Summary** Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the Resilience offering. Deliver consulting, audits, and communications that position the organization as the go‑to authority on resilience, while contributing to business development and client success. **Expectations** - Engineer, university, or business school graduate. - 5+ years of autonomous resilience consulting experience, preferably in a consulting firm. - Proactive client service mindset with strong listening, teaching, and anticipatory skills. - Proven leadership to mobilize cross‑functional teams. - Fluent in written and spoken English. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct resilience audits and advisory missions covering cyber‑resilience strategy, BIA, PCA/PRA drafting, and crisis management. - Develop and own the strategic vision of the resilience service portfolio. - Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps aligned with client operational needs. - Serve as the internal and external subject‑matter expert on resilience. - Publish external communications (articles, case studies, insights) to showcase expertise. - Support pre‑sales, client engagements, and industry events (conferences, forums) to drive commercial growth. **Required Skills** - Technical proficiency in resilience frameworks and regulations: ISO 22301, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800‑34, DORA, NIS 2. - Expertise in cyber‑resilience strategy, business impact analysis, crisis response, and continuity planning. - Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and team‑leadership capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including thought‑leadership content creation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Professional engineering, university, or business degree. - Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800‑34, DORA, and NIS 2 standards/regulations. (Certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Auditor or similar highly regarded.)
