Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Project Manager / Web Developer (3D / BIM Tools) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and delivery of web‑based 3D applications for BIM model visualization and data management within a railway engineering environment. Act as the liaison between engineering, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation of internal processes and technical data assets. **Expectations:** - Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for digital tools. - Gather and formalize user requirements from engineers, BIM specialists, and project planners. - Deliver functional specifications, oversee development, and ensure successful rollout and maintenance of web applications. - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide status reports to the project owner. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Coordination** – Conduct requirement workshops, write functional/technical specs, plan releases, and lead steering‑committee meetings. 2. **Web Development** – Design and code interactive 3D web interfaces, integrate BIM data (Revit, IFC, Navisworks) and create APIs for database‑web communication. 3. **Integration & Industrialization** – Deploy solutions to production, produce documentation, and support ongoing evolution. 4. **Innovation & Continuous Improvement** – Monitor BIM, 3D, GIS, and Digital Twin trends; propose workflow optimizations across engineering and operations. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience (≈3 years) managing IT projects and developing web applications. - Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, WebGL/Three.js or similar) and API design (REST/GraphQL). - Familiarity with BIM data formats and tools (Revit, IFC, Navisworks) and basic GIS concepts. - Project‑management competencies (planning, cost control, risk management). - Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - High level of autonomy, rigor, and curiosity for emerging digital solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Engineering. - Engineering school diploma (Bac +5) preferred. - Specialized training or certification in BIM, 3D visualization, or related digital technologies is a plus.
