Job Title: Principal Consultant
Role Summary:
Senior-level IT consulting professional charged with leading large‑scale, high-impact engagements, designing strategy, managing deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. Works across enterprise platforms and analytics tools to deliver transformational solutions.
Expectations:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT consulting projects, preferably with multinational clients.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on contractual engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery for multi‑million dollar initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client business goals.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, mentoring resources, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana; track status and resolve impediments.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, ensuring actionable insights for clients.
- Architect and implement solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
- Create and deliver executive presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure projects adhere to governance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and value creation.
Required Skills:
- Project management: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana.
- Collaboration & documentation: Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams.
- Business intelligence & analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics.
- Enterprise platforms: Salesforce, SAP, Workday.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
- Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) are highly desirable.
