Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Analyst **Role Summary:** Support the Finance and Operations team in collecting, managing, and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency. Work primarily with Power BI dashboards, data updates, and Microsoft Forms to meet stakeholder reporting needs. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely data analyses and reports. - Maintain data integrity and quality across multiple systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and refine analytical solutions. - Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data for decision‑making. - Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; apply Power Query and basic DAX transformations. - Perform routine data updates from internal and external sources; validate accuracy and document processes. - Create and manage Microsoft Forms for data capture; integrate responses into reports and datasets. - Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and ad‑hoc analysis projects. - Monitor market, competitor, and customer data to identify opportunities and risks. - Troubleshoot reporting issues and collaborate with Senior Analysts on enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Business or data analytics experience (1–3 years, including co‑op/internship). - Basic Power BI proficiency (Power Query, DAX fundamentals, report building). - Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data transformation). - Experience with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft 365 tools. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present findings concisely. - Self‑motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field (or equivalent experience). ---
