Job Description: **Job Title** Database Operations Technician (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Responsible for managing PostgreSQL databases, executing marketing data extractions, and supporting client relationship teams. Develop and automate data processes, handle client requests via ticketing systems, estimate and deliver development outputs, and document procedures. Works under the direction of the Operations Manager and collaborates with other departments and external stakeholders. **Expectations** - 5+ years of SQL/database experience. - Ability to adapt quickly, manage priorities, and work independently. - Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel to client sites as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases. - Perform marketing client selections for charitable sector campaigns. - Automate processes and monitor their performance. - Create functions for accounting interfaces, segmentation, GDPR compliance, and fiscal receipts. - Respond to daily client requests and ticket backlog (Freshdesk, JIRA). - Provide cost estimates for assigned development tasks. - Prepare proposals and deliver finalized services. - Produce user documentation for developed processes. - Participate in client meetings on production topics. - Validate ongoing projects with the Operations Director. **Required Skills** - Proficient in SQL and relational database management. - Experience with PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing concepts (preferred). - Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, JIRA). - Understanding of GDPR and data compliance. - Ability to write clear technical documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific degree mandatory; emphasis on experience and proven SQL expertise.
