About the Company

Créée en 1973, la Bergerie de Berdine est une association Loi 1901 et un lieu multi-facettes. Perché sur une colline provençale, c‘est tout d‘abord une communauté d‘accueil pour des personnes fragilisées par leur situation de vie et/ou une addiction, qui peuvent y poser leurs valises le temps dont elles ont besoin et se reconstruire grâce au travail et à la vie ensemble, au coeur de la nature. C‘est aussi une exploitation agricole de plusieurs hectares, qui propose à la vente de nombreux produits artisanaux, sur place ou en circuits courts: fromages, légumes biologiques, pain au levain, plantes aromatiques... Berdine, c‘est enfin un lieu unique en plein coeur du parc naturel régional du Luberon, à découvrir le temps d‘un repas, d‘une visite, d‘un séminaire ou lors de nos évènements culturels.

Job Description
**Job title** Fundraising and Communications Officer **Role Summary** Collaborate with senior management to design, execute, and evaluate a coherent fundraising and communication strategy that reflects the organization’s values and identity. **Expectations** - Deliver a diversified funding mix (grants, donations, sponsorship). - Prospect, engage, and retain major and private donors. - Develop tailored communication to promote projects and drive donor engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft and implement a multi‑channel fundraising strategy (corporate sponsorship, foundations, individual donors). - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential major donors and local businesses. - Monitor private funding opportunities (family foundations, corporate calls). - Create and maintain a sponsorship/partnership pipeline. - Design and disseminate key messages across print, digital, and social media. - Manage the organization’s online presence: website updates, content calendar, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn). - Produce newsletters, articles, videos, and visual assets. - Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in fundraising (grant writing, donor cultivation). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English. - Digital literacy: CMS, social media platforms, analytics tools. - Strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder coordination. - Creativity in message development and content creation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Non‑Profit Management, or related field. - Relevant certifications in fundraising or digital marketing preferred but not mandatory.
