Job Description
Job Title: Research Analyst Role Summary: Oversee end‑to‑end market research projects, manage multiple simultaneous assignments, and deliver actionable, data‑driven reports to internal teams and clients. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality research outputs within agreed timelines. - Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and client teams. - Maintain rigorous data integrity and quality control. - Proactively identify and resolve project challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full‑cycle project management for research initiatives, coordinating with operations, data teams, and clients. - Conduct statistical analysis using SPSS, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools. - Develop research methodologies, reporting plans, and clear, concise reports. - Monitor project milestones (pre‑test, fieldwork, post‑analysis) to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Participate in client meetings to align deliverables with project objectives. - Validate data accuracy, oversee quality control checks, and ensure audit trails. Required Skills: - Project management with experience handling multiple concurrent research assignments. - Advanced data analysis and statistical interpretation skills (SPSS, Excel, Tableau). - Strong written and verbal communication, capable of presenting complex insights succinctly. - Detail orientation and commitment to accuracy in analysis and reporting. - Problem‑solving mindset, able to troubleshoot methodological or logistical issues. - Time‑management proficiency, balancing competing priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Market Research, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of research experience (academic or industry) focused on data analysis and reporting. - Minimum 2 years of client‑facing experience demonstrating relationship management. ---
