**Job Title**
HVAC Operations Manager (Maintenance)
**Role Summary**
Lead technical, financial, and human performance for a portfolio of 1.5 M € across institutional, health, and municipal buildings. Manage a 7‑person technician team, oversee HVAC maintenance operations, and ensure contractual, regulatory, and budgeting objectives are met.
**Expectations**
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and service delivery.
- Mentor and develop technicians, enhancing skillsets and productivity.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, cultivating relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 7 technicians.
- Conduct daily briefings on safety, quality, performance, and technical support.
- Plan, schedule, and execute HVAC maintenance (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
- Monitor interventions, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with contracts (P1–P5).
- Manage budgets, track portfolio profitability, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance to clients for installation and performance improvement.
- Maintain contractual, regulatory, and warranty compliance.
- Lead performance reviews, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven leadership and team development in HVAC maintenance.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and associated regulations.
- Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and portfolio profitability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
- Decision‑making ability with capacity to prioritize and manage competing demands.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional certification in HVAC or related disciplines is highly desirable.
