Job Title: Field Sales & Merchandising Role Summary: Deliver on-brand retail and event presence by deploying, maintaining, and optimizing product displays, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless logistics across all touchpoints. Expectations: Consistently meet brand standards, drive shelf availability, and support promotional activities while collaborating with internal teams and retail partners to achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute shelf replenishment and second placement activities. - Install, configure, and maintain POSM and visual displays. - Remodel and perfect store setups for optimal product visibility. - Coordinate retail and event logistics, ensuring timely delivery and setup. - Support promotional initiatives and push order processes. - Engage with retailers to promote brand awareness and activation. - Monitor performance metrics, report findings, and propose improvements.
