**Job title:** Cluster Sales Executive **Role Summary:** The Cluster Sales Executive serves as the primary sales liaison for a set of hotels, driving revenue through event, group, and corporate bookings. They negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, manage client inquiries, and coordinate with hotels to align sales activities with cluster guidelines. **Expectations:** - Manage and grow sales pipeline within the assigned hotel cluster. - Achieve revenue targets through event, catering, and group/bookings. - Provide timely, professional service to clients and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Act as main point of contact for existing and prospective clients across the cluster. 2. Negotiate, secure, and confirm event contracts in line with hotel sales strategies and cluster policies. 3. Identify upselling opportunities (catering, group, corporate packages) to maximize revenue. 4. Respond to client inquiries efficiently within established service parameters, ensuring high conversion rates. 5. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements. 6. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies. **Required Skills:** - Sales & marketing experience (≥2 years). - Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. - Negotiation and closing skills. - Proficiency in English (written & spoken). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - Experience in hotel/property management or entertainment industry preferred.
