Job Description
Job title: New Graduate & Student Talent Role Summary: Entry‑level consulting role within an international engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) management firm. Support project teams across all project phases, develop consulting skills, and contribute to client solutions while learning industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Assist senior consultants with research, data analysis and report preparation. • Contribute to project proposals, scopes of work and cost‑estimating activities. • Draft client presentations and maintain project documentation. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate project meetings. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing sessions. • Support project management tools and reporting dashboards. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset. • Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project‑management software.
