Job Description: Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile apps, web applications, and sheet music technologies, with a focus on Optical Music Recognition (OMR) and integration of music performance tools. Expectations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions, maintain code quality, and ensure alignment with industry standards through testing and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop cross-platform mobile/web apps for sheet music technologies. - Innovate features in Sheet Music Core engine to improve user experience. - Optimize and maintain OMR systems for accuracy and performance. - Architect solutions for seamless integration of sheet music technologies. - Implement strategies for system cohesion across products. - Write, test, and maintain high-quality code in multiple platforms/languages. - Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions. - Conduct code reviews and adhere to modern web development best practices. - Document technical processes and systems. Required Skills: - 1-5 years of software engineering experience. - Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, VueJS. - Familiarity with Vuetify or Vue component frameworks. - Knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs. - Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and data structures.
