Works under experienced mentors, collaborates across editorial, marketing, sales, and operations teams, and delivers maintainable code and clear documentation. **Expectations:** - Rapidly acquire practical expertise with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure/OpenAI). - Deliver functional, reliable solutions that provide measurable business impact. - Maintain high code quality, version control, and documentation standards. - Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and user training sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Build and maintain AI‑powered applications using Python and contemporary AI frameworks. 2. Develop workflow automations that integrate AI with existing publishing systems via REST APIs and webhooks. 3. Translate business needs into technical requirements; collaborate with cross‑functional teams. 4. Write clear technical specifications, user guides, and contribute to the knowledge base. 5. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement cycles. 6.
