Job Description
**Job Title** Social Management Controller Intern **Role Summary** Intern supports the Social Management Control function by consolidating, analyzing, and reporting on workforce and compensation data to inform HR strategy, compliance, and decision‑making. **Expectations** Deliver accurate, timely analyses of social indicators; contribute to HR reporting; support cross‑functional projects; propose and test process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Consolidate and validate social data (headcount, payroll, absenteeism, etc.). - Produce analytical reports and dashboards on key social metrics (BDESE, legal obligations, internal surveys). - Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Participate in cross‑functional initiatives (equality, quality of work life, social surveillance). - Identify and implement automation or methodological improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, macros). - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of HR, payroll, or social control concepts. - Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Bac+4/Bac+5 student (or equivalent) in Management Control, Finance, HR, or related field. - Prior internship, apprenticeship, or academic project experience in social management control or HR preferred.
