**Job title**
HR Internship – Generalist (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Serves as a temporary operational and strategic partner for senior managers overseeing a workforce of ~600 employees. Provides end‑to‑end support in recruitment, administrative HR, and talent development within a technology‑driven consulting organization.
**Expactations**
• Minimum 6‑month internship term, ideally final semester or near graduation.
• Deliver tangible HR outputs while gaining exposure to a modern, digitally transforming environment.
• Work collaboratively with HR teams (learning & development, payroll, legal & social affairs) and business leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment** – Draft and post job ads, source candidates, schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and complete administrative follow‑up.
- **Onboarding** – Prepare onboarding dossiers, coordinate new‑hire administrative tasks, and ensure integration support from HR.
- **Employer Branding** – Assist in campaigns to attract and engage candidates.
- **Administrative HR** – Maintain social dashboards (absenteeism, payroll, turnover, equality index). Validate data accuracy against internal protocols and regulations.
- **CSE Facilitation** – Prepare agendas, collect documents, draft presentations, and produce supporting materials for staff representation meetings.
- **Employee Relations** – Support managers and staff on contract, leave, benefits, payroll, and exit documentation.
- **Talent Development** – Participate in planning/organizing annual performance reviews, exit interviews, professional development discussions, and succession planning initiatives.
- **Training & Career Pathing** – Contribute to the development of training plans and career pathways, identifying learning needs and mobility opportunities.
- **Process Improvement** – Propose enhancements to HR practices, tools, and processes across the portfolio.
**Required Skills**
- Competent understanding of core HR functions and social security reporting.
- Interest and basic competency in recruitment and talent development.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor‑level (Bac+4/5) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (University, Business School, IAE).
- Final year or graduate status suitable for an internship.
