Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Consultant (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Senior Salesforce Consultant leads end‑to‑end Salesforce projects across diverse industries (manufacturing, sports, insurance, retail, etc.). The role involves scoping client requirements, designing solution architectures, configuring Salesforce, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support while driving client satisfaction and upsell opportunities. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality solutions within agreed scope and timeline. - Maintain project health and financial viability by preventing scope creep. - Build and sustain trusted client relationships, acting as the primary technical and business advisor. - Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze client context and processes; define functional scope. - Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications. - Recommend Salesforce solutions and advise on integration with ERP, e‑commerce, BI, etc. - Lead configuration, report building, and validation of the solution. - Oversee internal testing, support end‑user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth production launch. - Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. - Contribute to proposal development and pre‑sales engagements. - Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and scope future projects. - Participate in project governance (steering committees, status meetings). **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant (3+ years). - Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and workshop facilitation. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data management, reporting, and security. - Familiarity with integrations (ERP, ecommerce, BI, social). - Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Ability to work independently in an international, English‑first environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) preferred. - Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar) considered a plus.
