Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Management Trainee (Assistant Product Manager) **Role Summary:** Six‑month internship focusing on the development and launch of innovative and revised chocolate and pastry products. Collaborate with external partners and cross‑functional internal teams (buying, communications, merchandising, supply chain, finance, retail) to support seasonal and permanent collection releases both in France and internationally. **Expectations:** - Current Master I/II student in Marketing or equivalent with some marketing experience. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment. - Creative mindset, proactive, excellent team player, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders. - Sensitivity to gastronomy, luxury, and artisanal sectors. - Proficient in IT tools and English for international interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Assist in the launch and re‑innovation of chocolate and pastry collections, including seasonal lines (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s, Lunar New Year, etc.). 2. Participate in product concept development, thematic planning, packaging design and global rollout. 3. Produce sales and communication assets (commercial book, leaflets, brochures). 4. Conduct external and internal analyses: campaign reviews, benchmark studies, competitive scouting. 5. Monitor operational details of product creation and permanent range: product codes, forecast compilation, pricing updates. 6. Draft packaging specifications and create stuffing sheets for packaging. 7. Organize product shoots, compile visual assets, and distribute them to subsidiaries and stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Product development and packaging knowledge. - Marketing communications and collateral creation. - Market research and competitive analysis. - Project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration. - Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability. - Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preference for design tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing a Master I/II in Marketing or related field. - Prior marketing experience preferred. - Working knowledge of English. - IT literacy essential.
