Job Title: Graduate Tech Analyst
Role Summary
Entry‑level technical analyst within a graduate development programme, supporting a range of client projects in DevOps, information security, software development, or service desk operations.
The role blends hands‑on technical work with ongoing professional development, aiming to build a strong foundation in the digital technology sector.
Expectations
- Full‑time, on‑site work, 5 days a week.
- UK right to work, no visa sponsorship required.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, proactive problem‑solving and strong communication.
- Deliver high‑quality outcomes for a single client throughout the programme.
- Complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in building, automating, and maintaining software delivery pipelines (DevOps).
- Monitor security alerts, conduct threat detection and investigate incidents (Information Security).
- Design, write, test, debug, and deploy code as part of the full software development life cycle (Software Development).
- Provide first‑line support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage service requests (Service Desk).
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Technical Trainers, and senior developers to meet client objectives.
- Document processes, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative working style.
- Comfortable learning and applying new technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, Azure, Splunk, and WireShark is highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud platforms, cybersecurity fundamentals, and software engineering principles is preferred.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum 2:1 in a STEM discipline.
- Ability to obtain at least six industry‑accredited certifications during the programme (e.g., cloud fundamentals, security, software development, or operations certifications).
