Job Description
Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer Role Summary: Full‑time engineer responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining AI models—including pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing—within existing software systems. Expectations: Deliver scalable, high‑performance AI solutions that meet accuracy and efficiency targets; work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams; continuously improve model performance and maintain robust documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize AI models (pattern recognition, neural nets, NLP). - Build data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, and feature extraction from large datasets. - Conduct model validation, testing, and performance benchmarking. - Deploy models to production environments and integrate them with existing applications. - Monitor model drift, retrain models, and troubleshoot production issues. - Collaborate with software, product, and operations teams to align AI solutions with business goals. - Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow coding best practices. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of pattern recognition and neural network theory. - Strong programming in Python with experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Proficiency in NLP techniques and related libraries. - Ability to analyze and process large, complex datasets. - Solid software development skills (version control, unit testing, CI/CD). - Strong problem‑solving and teamwork abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - (Optional) Relevant certifications such as TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS AI/ML, or similar.
