**Job Title:** Director, Data, Apps & Analytics **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end data strategy for the Plasma organization, overseeing data management, reporting & visualization, and analytics across critical systems (BECS, SAP, Salesforce, donor databases, operational platforms).
