Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Analyst Role Summary: Provide analysis, administration and improvement support for the Salesforce platform within the Claims Department. Manage case flow, update case records, produce and analyze reports, and collaborate with Salesforce IT for tool enhancements. Expectations: - Manage Salesforce case lifecycle effectively. - Deliver accurate and timely reporting. - Recommend and implement process improvements. - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with health‑plan standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assign, route, and triage Salesforce cases to appropriate staff or queues. - Monitor case age, status and routing effectiveness. - Update case information and perform routine administrative functions in Salesforce. - Compile and analyze key Salesforce case metrics for reporting. - Prepare case activity and production reports for managers. - Collaborate with Salesforce IT to design and refine reports. - Support Salesforce training initiatives for end users. - Coordinate inventory management of cases and related administrative tasks. - Respond to ad‑hoc duties as directed by management. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to multi‑task, solve problems, and recommend practical solutions. - Effective planning, time‑management, and decision‑making within assigned authority. - Capability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a health‑plan environment using a CRM tool; Salesforce experience is a plus. - (Optional) Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
