Job Description: **Job Title:** Functional Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver large-scale functional projects within a national IT transformation initiative. Own project governance, quality delivery, and process structuring across 200+ projects annually, driving digital maturity and service quality for local associations. **Expactations:** - Minimum 8 years managing complex IT or digital transformation projects. - Proven success optimizing organizational processes. - Experience in Agile, V‑cycle, or ITIL project frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics. - Plan, monitor, and control project phases (BUILD & RUN). - Identify, assess, and manage risks; make trade‑off decisions. - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. - Lead testing, acceptance, and deployment activities. - Champion continuous improvement and cultivate a culture of quality and collaboration. - Influence change management within the IT department. **Required Skills:** - Project governance: agile methodologies, V‑cycle, ITIL. - Budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. - Functional design and stakeholder engagement. - Strong knowledge of IT architectures and application delivery. - Proficiency in project tools (JIRA, Confluence) and collaborative productivity suites. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
