Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative Role Summary: Drive the nationwide sales growth of custom floating structures by prospecting new clients, analysing their needs, crafting tailored technical and commercial proposals, and managing projects from quotation to contractual closure. Expactations: Achieve set sales targets, extend the client base across France, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the commercial strategy while adhering to sustainability values. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and client prospecting nationwide. - Assess client requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions. - Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing to prospects. - Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth handover to project teams. - Represent the company at trade shows, salons, and industry events. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales metrics. - Collaborate with technical, engineering, and project management departments to deliver integrated solutions. Required Skills: - Proven commercial and negotiation expertise. - Solid technical understanding of construction and engineering projects. - Strong organizational, autonomous work style and time‑management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for sustainable development practices. - Valid driving licence B and willingness to travel extensively across France. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field. - Commercial or sales training preferred; experience in innovative construction highly valued. - Any professional certifications in construction or sales (e.g., BTP qualification) accepted.
