**Job Title:** Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Remote, 30 hrs/week (standard business hours). Own and drive 2–3 agency client accounts from strategy through execution. Act as the central client liaison, ensuring proactive communication, on‑time delivery, and continual performance improvement across all integrated marketing initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver exceptional client service and “super‑serve” experience.
- Manage multiple high‑profile accounts simultaneously.
- Work autonomously while coordinating cross‑functional internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain rigorous timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Account Leadership & Client Management** – Serve as primary owner and point‑of‑contact; build trustful relationships; conduct regular check‑ins, planning calls, and status updates.
2. **Strategy, Planning & Execution** – Develop and manage integrated plans covering social media, email marketing, thought leadership, events, award submissions, PR, and speaking opportunities. Translate strategy into clear timelines, task lists, and deliverables; monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
3. **Project Management & Internal Coordination** – Own timelines, calendars, workflows; coordinate with team members, freelancers, and vendors; track approvals, dependencies, and deadlines; prepare agendas, run meetings, and follow‑through on action items.
4. **Creative, Content & Channel Oversight** – Oversee content creation across social, email, and marketing channels; review drafts, graphics, and assets for brand voice and quality; support writing, editing, research, or content development as needed.
5. **Agency Operations & Reporting** – Maintain organized documentation, project files, and reporting; track hours, budgets, and resource allocation; prepare client recaps, reports, presentations, and post‑campaign summaries.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–4 years in account management, marketing, PR, or media agency environments.
- Proven client‑relationship management and multi‑account leadership.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing (social media, email, PR, events, thought leadership).
- Exceptional organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead projects, and make strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience in audio, podcasting, creators, or media brands.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- No mandatory certifications required.
