The role emphasizes rapid exploration, skill building, and global visibility rather than polished final collections. Expectations: • Apply via LinkedIn with portfolio link and 50‑word motivation note. • Complete the Design Task within the F* Word platform, using a desktop/laptop. • Produce AI‑generated menswear designs and submit final images/links through the Designer Task Form. • Participate in weekly design challenges themed around sportswear, subcultures, utility, and classic tailoring. • Share finished looks publicly on the platform and across social channels. • Receive a Certificate of Participation; selected featured designers receive a Certificate of Program Completion.
