Job Description
Job title: Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain a modern business‑management and ERP platform, delivering end‑to‑end solutions across backend, frontend, and data layers while ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. Expectations: Deliver reliable, high‑quality software within specified timelines; collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions; continuously improve existing codebase and system documentation; emphasize product thinking, usability, and sustainable architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend services using Nest.js. - Build and enhance frontend interfaces with Angular. - Design, query, and optimise SQL databases. - Create and maintain GraphQL APIs. - Plan, implement, and release new features and system enhancements. - Write and execute end‑to‑end tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) to ensure platform quality. - Review and refactor legacy code for performance and stability. - Produce and uphold robust system documentation. - Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align technical direction with business objectives. Required Skills: 3+ years of full stack development; strong Nest.js backend experience; solid Angular frontend skills; proficient SQL (schema design, query optimisation); experience with GraphQL APIs; familiarity with end‑to‑end testing frameworks; version control with Git and modern CI/CD workflows; ability to work in and improve legacy codebases; product‑oriented mindset; good communication and teamwork. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. Optional certifications in cloud platforms or relevant technologies are advantageous.
