Job Description
Job Title: Jr. Marketing Data Analyst Role Summary: Hybrid role combining 75% marketing analytics and insights with 25% marketing traffic coordination. Analyzes channel performance, builds dashboards, and supports data-driven campaign decisions while managing workflow, approvals, and quality control. Expectations: 1–2 years experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data science, or marketing operations. Strong analytical mindset, organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities - Analyze performance across marketing and distribution channels to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations. - Design, execute, and analyze tests to inform multi‑channel marketing strategies. - Conduct audience segmentation and integrate data from multiple sources for targeted marketing. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations translating data into actionable insights for managers and stakeholders. - Review and support basic forecasting models for planning and goal‑setting. - Present findings to business partners to influence strategy. - Coordinate marketing workflow from intake to completion, ensuring deadlines and process requirements are met. - Manage campaign approvals, reviews, and distribution within internal systems. - Perform proofing and quality control of deliverables. - Track project status, manage priorities, and communicate updates via meetings and status reports. - Gather stakeholder feedback and translate it into next steps. Required Skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with data. - Proficiency in Excel; data visualization experience in Power BI or Tableau. - Ability to pull data from multiple sources; basic SQL query experience preferred. - Python knowledge is a plus but not required. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting to stakeholders. - Interest in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and creative/marketing workflow. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred. (Certification in data analysis or business analytics is an advantage.)
