Job Description

Job title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management (ITSM) and operations management (ITOM). Translate business requirements into technical implementations, integrate with existing systems, and maintain platform standards. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow customizations and integrations; mentor junior developers; keep up-to-date with ServiceNow features; adhere to coding standards, security policies, and Agile delivery practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. - Configure ServiceNow features (ITSM, CSM, HAM, Discovery, Mapping, Event Management). - Gather, analyze, and refine stakeholder requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. - Develop technical documentation (system designs, user guides). - Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions. - Mentor and coach junior developers. Required Skills: - 6+ years of ServiceNow development, administration, and integration experience. - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP). - Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HAM processes. - Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, HAM, Discovery, Mapping, Event Management. - Agile/Scrum project delivery experience. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
